The Internet Peering including VLAN / Unicast VLAN with IPv4 and IPv6 features. All peering VLANs are monitored 24x7 by our NOC techs, all customers can view their real-time bandiwdth usage /and/ other specific traffic variables.
Also we can offer a private interconnect service to establish private peering over our exchange over a dedicated VLAN on our infrstructure. We can implement using dedicated or existing port /with/ Q-tagging (IEEE 802.1).
We offer our own route-servers with abilities to provide unicast BGP routes, to interconnect customer ASNs via our autonomous system. All customers can create / review their own peering status, received / advertized routes and other specific features.
Established in August of 2016 as BlueGate Exchange organisation, BLUEGATE-IX (BlueGate Internet Exchange) is a neutral and independent Internet Exchange based in South Africa.
